A calm and quiet town in Hounslow is seriously becoming a top hotspot for UK Bingo players. If not for all, definitely for two very lucky bingo players who won more than £54,000 between them within a day of each other certainly think so.

These two very happy players were playing bingo at their local Gala Bingo Club in Staines, Hounslow when they had their great National Jackpot Game wins. The 70 year old lucky lady netted a massive £43,200, a fantastic cash prize on the great National Bingo Jackpot game and all this in just 40 numbers. The National Jackpot Prize fund for the night was a whopping £80,000, but another Lucky bingo player from Birkenhead also called bingo on this game in just 40 numbers as well.

The next National Bingo Jackpot game winner was another 77 year old woman from Gala Bingo in Hounslow again! The 77 year old Lady who has four children of her own, eight Grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, wished to remain anonymous, but this is what she had to say about her fantastic win in her own words –

“I’ve been married for 54 years and we’ve never had this kind of money in all our life. I just put my head down on the table and cried my eyes out when I was told I had won. This is a lot of money for us. I’ve got such a lovely family so I’m looking forward to treating them now,” she said.

A LUCKY Castleford gran scooped £40,000 in her first game at the town’s Gala Bingo club. The 60-year-old – who does not want to be named – won the national bingo game prize of £40,000 plus the house prize of £120 for completing a full house in 43 numbers, the lowest call in any of the 470 clubs playing nationwide.

She said: “It was such a shock when they told me how much I had won. I just can’t believe it.”

The 59-year-old Sheffield woman is treating her mum instead, with a cruise planned as one way in which to spend her winnings of £45,000, which she scooped on the national game.

She tells National Bingo : “I was very shocked when they told me how much I had won and it still hasn’t really sunk in yet.”

With the cruise yet to come, she could be hoping to avoid that sinking feeling for a little longer.

Her win came in 42 calls at the Gala Bingo club in Halifax Road – and is not the first to be claimed in a Sheffield venue.

The city’s Gala Bingo and Mecca Bingo halls have seen a number of UK bingo jackpot winners over the past few years.

From July 2004 to October 2006, this resulted in more than £986,000 going to players in the city’s bingo halls.
