The Gibraltor based, St Minver Ltd would be acquired by GTECH corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lottomatica. They have entered a deal in which 90 percent of this white label gaming services provider would be acquired. Many top bingo brands like Virgin Bingo and ChitChat Bingo use the St Minver software in the back-end to provide excellent Online Bingo games.

The price GTECH is paying is in the vicinity of €28 million with up to €13.6 million more depending on the performance of the company during 2008 and 2009. This acquisition is subjected to regulatory conditions and is thought to be completed by the end of this quarter.
