One of the major Online UK Bingo software developer Parlay Entertainment has turned down all three parties bidding to buy the company. A statement by Parlay said a “binding agreement has not been concluded with any of the parties who expressed an interest in conducting due diligence in the company within the timeframes established by the special committee of the board of directors”.

Parlay which is originally a Canadian company produces some quality bingo games and has already some of the big names like Virgin Bingo tied up with their name. Also they enjoy a UK white list status which allows them to do wide spread UK advertising for all their bingo products.
