Though the terms of the settlement (filed at the United States District Court, district of Nevada) remains confidential, Parlay Entertainment announced its relief to have reached a settlement, given the cost of patent litigation, they were determined that it would be a prudent corporate action to negotiate a settlement with 1st Technology LLC.
