Kentucky is ruling out the seizure of 141 Online Bingo domains which also includes seizures of casino, poker and sports betting sites and is also affecting software providers such as microgaming.

The seizure of the domains especially those who accept US players such as 123bingo and bingoknights.com has not been a surprising move made by the Kentucky court. The USA is moving closer to re-thinking UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act) and it is but right for Online Bingo Sites to reassess the legalities of online gaming in the USA.

The secretary of Justice, Michael Brown pointed out before the court his attempts to kick out the foreign online bingo sites from Kentucky particularly those sites which promote illegal gambling.
